Onboarding - One of the feedback I got concerning the behavior of users on the existing website was that x% of freelancers were not adding their profile photo and completing some other fields in their profile after signing up. To combat this, i decided to gamify the “complete your profile” section of the onboarding

    Onboarding flow

During my discussion with the stakeholders, one of our major goals was to streamline the communication flow between clients and freelancers. This led to me re-iterating on the messenger feature - as users mainly work on a project basis, i designed the messenger flow to accommodate group calls and enable clients manage projects on a group / room bases
